I think he looks like a drummer, don't you ? With his two cymbals in front and a microphone on top with a loudspeaker or/and amplifier. I found this one in Teşvikiye near Nişantaşı at the corner of Şakayık Street and Süreyya Ağaoğlu Street (google maps).

Kreş

Kreş (pronounce Créche) meaning kindergarten is a Turkish rock band who had their first album (Zaman Yok : No Time) released in 2007. You can visit their MySpace page right here (Turksih). The band is composed of three friends playing together for a while now but with another band name (Popcorn). They change their name to Kreş when they started to be successful in 2006 and chose this one because kindergarten is the only school where you can use your imagination without limits.
